I’m Max Pronko — E-commerce Architect & Platform Engineer, and founder of Pronko Consulting. I've been building and maintaining Magento stores for over 20 years across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

You get SSH access with your own user account. You can deploy code, view logs, and manage your application. Root access is managed by us — this is part of what “managed” means. If you need something changed at the server level, just ask.
Magento 2.4.x (Adobe Commerce and Open Source) on PHP 8.2 and 8.3. We keep the stack up to date with Magento’s system requirements and notify you before any changes.

Yes. We handle DNS migration as part of onboarding. Your domain, email, and all existing services stay exactly as they are — we only move the hosting.
